Laminar flow air with particulates removed by HEPA filter
Eliminating airborne contamination is highly important in many steps of device fabrication process. Many solar cell research laboratories are choosing clean desks over conventional clean rooms because of the simplicity and low cost.
CLD-7060 is a bench-top system and can easily be relocated. It provides laminar flow which passes through pre-filters and HEPA filters to eliminate airborne particles and create a clean flowing air.
